Background: About TICPA
Before the year 2000, a handful of passionate local organizations primarily offered basic Internet services in Thai market, .mostly dial-up during that period, had formed a small group and began to share information among thier members, aiming for mutual benefits, and gradually transformed into an Internet Club. As the number of members grew, the Internet Club had transformed and formally established the "Thai Internet Service Provider Association" (TISPA) in 2005. Indeed, this was done with the intention of supporting the expansion of the Internet service industry in response to technological advancements. Subsequently, the scope of interest has expanded beyond the Internet services to capture Cloud services, inclusive of Data Center services. Hence, the association's name was changed to "Thai Internet and Cloud Service Provider Association" (TICPA) on April 21, 2021, and it currently consists of 17 active corporate members.
VISION
To enhance collaboration between established and emerging Internet and Cloud Service Providers and to foster growth within the industry while maintaining standards..
MISSION
To facilitate communication between entrepreneurs, government agencies, and other organizations to gather feedback and opinions from business groups. • To encourage the exchange of experiences among TICPA's members. • To collaborate with other associations while enhance development and broaden industry practices.
